First, the staff was extremely kind and helpful - they went above and beyond to help with an external issue I had upon arrival despite the fact I hadn’t even checked in yet. The room was beautiful and clean, and the lounge was just as nice with delicious snacks and great views. I didn’t get to try out the pool or exercise room, but great to have a gym in a Japanese hotel. The hotel restaurant, A Long Vacation, was also extremely delicious and accommodating to food allergies, which is an extra plus. I would absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Naha!

Excellent service, rooms, amenities and facilities. Rooms were well stocked and very clean. Location was good if you are interested in being close to the shopping street and/or the airport. Parking is across the street at a reasonable rate, though it is a slightly higher cost than other parking available in the immediate area. Staff was always courteous and polite.

We loved this hotel. Great sized rooms, clean and very well located. Would come back 10/10!

Everything at this hotel impressed - room was wonderful, bed was heaven, breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly, location was right in the heart of everything yet it was safe and quiet.

Breakfast was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the only negative we had was that it made us want to stay in the room and the hotel rather than go out and see Okinawa!

Highly recommend staying here! Very beautiful and clean hotel with big rooms. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Never felt so taken care of at a hotel!!

Listen to me. Get the breakfast. Just give them the money. You are doing it wrong if you don’t get the breakfast.
