I am really sorry to say this. I booked a room for 5 days. Delayed one day my flight is why I called the hotel to inform them I am delayed one day but when I arrived there I needed my room right away because the flight landed morning 10 am. Their check-in time is 2 pm. When I reached there reception staff gave key. When we open the door we are so upset. The room was so messed. Then we call reception staff . They gave another room. That room we don't like. We stayed there for only one day.,!(
