Only stayed here the one night, after flying in from Shanghai and then leaving the following morning for a Campervan. Location could hardly be better, probably less than a 5 minute walk from the international terminal, and useful for us, around a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus pick up point. We used the self check in option, which was easy to do, then showered and crashed out in the room (jet lag!). Shower clean, warm and powerful enough. Bed was comfy, curtains blacked out the room and kept it at a good temperature. Overall, a very positive experience

I was happy that I could not hear the planes. But hearing other rooms doors opening and closing throughout the night was very under-rated. Other than that, it's a very nice Hotel.

Overly priced. Good breakfast, at airport, can walk to it. Clean. There were 4 of us and we all trid to get on the internet. They give you a QR code that takes you to an app
to get adequate internet you need to sign up for their app and download it (which, if you are using internet to save data defeats the point). They were going to send someone to help as they said you didn’t, but that person didn’t arrive. We enjoyed so much of small and very hospital NZ places, this felt very corporate and based on a “US” model of charging for everything and moving a lot of people through—so we were bias. It is fine but less costly, better deals with more NZ character can easily be had.
