Best thing about this hotel is the Staff , they were very friendly , they are super respectful and helpful . the location is great also and the rooms very cleans. The pool is also a plus , the view is great. I also had dinner at the restaurant , it wasn’t bad but also nothing special and they charge u like 15 % fee …but overall a very nice hotel

Really nice stay at the Glow Park - great location, excellent pool, decent breakfast. The staff are super friendly & helpful. Laundry service was just as described. Loved the different lighting options in the room.

The hotel was located in an ideal location and walking distance to many attractions. Additionally it was clean and comfortable. However the best thing about it was the staff, especially Kim and Kosal. They were very accommodating and very nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite and professional. The hotel is in a very good location near the Royal Palace and it seemed very safe. The hotel restaurant was very good, would recommend getting the breakfast package. I would absolutely stay at Glow Park again.

This hotel was 10/10! The staff are super friendly and attentive. Easy walking distance to everywhere and the room was super big and very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.

From the moment we walked In The staff were friendly, genuine, professional and hospitable. They simply couldn’t do enough for you and at every stage of our stay they wanted to ensure we were having a memorable experience. The rooms were great size and had everything you could need in them. The pool was beautiful and lovely spot to relax after a hot day out and about. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious with just the right amount of options. We were so impressed with this hotel - especially the staff.

Good hotel in a good location near the river. This hotel is pretty narrow which means that there isn't much space on the roof where the pool is located. I wasn't able to enjoy the space, as each time I went up (you have to take stairs up from the top floor where restaurant is), the chairs were all taken. Otherwise, decent rooms and breakfast. Beautiful views from roof top and restaurant. Breakfast consisted of Ala carte ordering (eggs and noodle soups) +buffet style in fruits, and other local breakfast dishes, and coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and will make small talk with you. Nice lobby and fish in front of hotel.
