Clean room, friendly staff

Tek gece konaklamada sorun yaşamadan konakladığı, personel ilgili ve samimi. Oda temizdi. Yeniden tercih ederim. Yakınlarında otopark mevcut

Localização é boa, da pra fazer muita coisa a pé se tiver disposição. Os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos, porém a comunicação é difícil pois praticamente nao falam inglês. Mas o inadimissivel foi a falta de limpeza no quarto, sendo que se trata de um hotel, não Airbnb. Primeiro dia não limparam, ache estranho e pensei que podia será faltada plaquinha avisando pra limpar. Dia seguinte coloquei a placa E avisei o recepcionista sobre a falta de limpeza, pedindo para limparem. Chegamos à noite cansados do dia de caminhadas, e o quarto novamente não havia sido limpo nem arrumado, não tinha nem mais papel higiênico! O chuveiro mudava de temperatura o tempo todo, do nada pelava, do nada esfriava, era necessário manejar a temperatura durante todo o banho

Ubicación del hotel en la zona de Karakoy muy bien comunicada: tranvía a 4 min, metro a 7 min. y ferry a 7 min. Es una zona con muchas ferreterías en las calles cercanas pero a 10 min. estas cerca de calles con tiendas y restaurantes con ambiente nocturno y cerca de la zona de Galata. El personal es atento.

I had a wonderful stay at Art Karaköy and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made this stay special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed, from recommendations to ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable. Their hospitality really stands out and makes a big difference. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Karaköy, close to cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet still calm and relaxing. Overall, Art Karaköy exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the amazing team for such a lovely stay! 💛✨

The room was everything we had hoped for. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient for the Galata Tower and many shops and restaurants. The tram line was about 10 minutes walk for access to all the major attractions. The room was a bit noisy at night but I think this would be the same for any hotel in this location

La zona es un poco oscura pero muy segura a pocos pasos empiezan los bares y retaurantes . Impresionante el movimiento de los alrrededores. El trans esta muy cerca y el puerto para tonar el barquito tambien.La recepcion siempre fue muy atenta al igual que las chicas de la limpieza. Hermosa experiencia en Estambul.

The view from my room was amazing also location close by karakoy neighborhood the best in Istanbul. The size of the apt was good enough for 1 person, overall clean pro: safe box in the room was not working properly from the first day of my arrive, l have to informed to the receptionists to open it every day in 5 days of my stay they never fix it. Couple times they didn't clean my apt. Very disappointed with the staff, no frendly no smiling no empathy.l lost my key of my apt , the stuff was annoying fact they have provide new one and accuse me don't lost anymore wiill be a cost of 5 euros. Barely a good morning with a smile,no very welcoming of my arrive.
