Check in was great, rooms were big and clean, pool was awesome and steam room. Everyone here was so helpful, Miguel and MC were very helpful with our bags, we didn’t have to worry about anything.

Solo stay

Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket.

It was ok. I asked for the manager but no one is available said the team crews. I was told I’m gonna get a call but no one called me. I want complain about the rude guy at the front door. They are racist to people.
