The room was clean and everything was in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was valet only and there was a nightly parking fee. There is the option to park on the road next to the hotel which is what we opted for and worked just fine for us.

Our stay was perfect. Room set up was spacious and clean, bathroom was was nice with good lighting. Our room was facing the street which we didn’t mind but you can hear the traffic and outside noise which was the only negative. Breakfast was good wish they had a few more hot options. Location was great only a few mins from sjsu and not far from shopping.
Will definitely stay again!

Like: very helpful front desk staff, good breakfast with delicious food items, very clean hotel, very good location (close to airport, flea market, Asian town, outlet mall, ...), spacious room with standing shower (better than a bathtub shower), quiet and feel safe neighborhood, the beds/mattress are comfortable to sleep on
Don't like: the shower floor feels a bit slippery, the air conditioning is a little loud, the beds seem smaller than a regular queen size even though they are listed as queen size, no free parking at the hotel parking garage.

On the whole a great hotel. The few downsides: 1) bed a bit too soft for my taste, 2) only parking option was valet @ $25/night. But new, well kept, friendly helpful staff, nice room and bathroom layout.

Loved everything about our stay. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was just as expected. Loved the valet parking. The breakfast was very good and everything was clean and the staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back.
