We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late in the evening, around 8 PM. When we entered the room, we were immediately disappointed by the cleanliness. The room was quite dirty and did not feel properly prepared for new guests. Because we arrived late, the restaurant was already closed, and the minibar was completely empty. We also tried to order food through Grab, but delivery was not available in this area at that time. Since there were very limited options nearby, it was difficult to find something to eat after our arrival. Another major concern was the room security. The door did not have a double lock or an additional security lock, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. On top of that, there was no telephone in the room. If there were an emergency or if we needed immediate assistance from the hotel, there was no convenient way to contact the reception from inside the room. The Wi-Fi was also not available at all during our stay. Having no internet connection was very inconvenient, especially when we needed to communicate, check information, or arrange transportation and food. For a hotel stay, we expected the room to be clean, secure, and equipped with basic facilities that guests may need, especially in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, several important things were missing or unavailable during our stay.
