It’s a great hotel to stay. Everything is nearby the staff is excellent. Busy place. Shuttle service is the best.

It was our first time in Makkah so can't compare to other places. The price was low, so one has to be fair. The location is about 12-15 minutes to haram by car. Has a shuttle, regularly except 18-23hrs. There are shops downstairs. The check-in was painfully long, and i can't understand why. The rooms are pretty clean. Staff were nice when approached and when we asked to swap the towels. Food in the restaurant was okay-ish. Overall, i think it is worth the money that you pay, as other places were quite expensive during Ramadan.

This hotel ls generally very good. The staff ls generally helpful but sometimes clueless and not experienced. The shuttle bus system works well. One can reach Haram in a two shuttle bus sequence. Once you learn where and how to hop on the rest is very easy. The premises are new and clean.

Not honest property I booked two rooms and the given one at 3 pm and the second they did maintenance and I could not get. Charged for Deluxe room however they given me standard room
