Staff was super professional still very friendly. Breakfast spread was sooo good, woke up excited for breakfast everyday! Pool is beautiful too. Verh calm and peaceful. Arcade was nice too.

Great location in the North, close to lots of nice restuarants. The hotel was very clean and desinged well. Staff were excellent, and so was the food.

Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Special thanks to Pawar, Rakhee, and Mhare for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable. We are already planning our return trip!

Probably one of the best 5-star stays I've had. Luxurious rooms, excellent facilities and amenities, and brilliant service. The food is also commendable. Location is perfect. Not in the hustle bustle of goa, yet not isolated.
