It is unique as most of the rooms are underground and have no window. This takes a bit of get used to and we knew before we booked it was windowless. The room is small but we spent most of our time looking at the tourist attractions so the room is not the most important thing. Location is also great as it is central and next to bus and rail, easy connection to Arlanda airport. The breakfast included with the room makes up for it. One if the best breakfast offerings we have experienced. We travel a lot so this breakfast stands out. Thank you Thon Brun. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Room was small and windowless but well kept. Some more storage space would have been nice. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, but needs more seating space as most people had to share tables with strangers given limited options.

Had the most amazing stay here! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, bar has loads of options and entertainment options are aplenty. Perfect location, comfy beds, and a breakfast to die for! Rooms are slightly small but not an issue if you’re out and about constantly, plus there were suites available which were much bigger if necessary. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and, of course, spoke fluent English. The location was perfect, right by the train and metro and a short walk from everything.

I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again when I return. The location is amazing. It’s right across from the bus station. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. There was such a variety of different foods to choose from. They even made me a packed breakfast to go because I had to catch a 3 AM bus to the airport on my last day. Best hotel ever with the nicest hotel staff.
