I always get an upgrade in every property Iā€™ve stayed at, regardless if itā€™s local or international. But so far this is the best upgrade I ever had.I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the young lady (forgot her name) who welcomes me cheerfully at the reception during my late night arrival. Not to mention I was upgraded to a Penthouse with a panoramic Oceanview, which is double the size of my originally booked unit. Not only that, the staffs prepared a cute little surprise for my birthday for my ever visit in Da Nang. I truly appreciate it. May your kindness and generosity prosper šŸ˜‰

We checked in and stayed for a couple of hours only. It was a dirty room, dirty toilet seatā€¦. We donā€™t know whether they change the pillow cases and bedsheets after each guest. The bathroom got no towels. Everything looked dirty inside and outside the room as well. Weā€™ve been to Vietnam so many times, but never experience the filthy room like this one.

It is quite in the northern part of Danang, which means a bit far from famous attraction but good thing is that you could enjoy the most serene part of Danang beach. The check-in went great with cheerful staff. Room was very spacious and clean. Love the tub at the balcony (Executive room)
