Very well located. Room spacious and clean. The bathroom needs some updating and lighting, it is too dark and seems not very clean. The cleaning staff were a pleasure to deal with during my week at the hotel. The internet is the worst I have seen lately . Really bad signal. Reception crew did not help at all. Instead they asked me if I could work from the lobby where the wi fi was stronger. *I took a few zoom calls using my phone data because the Hotel internet did not support a video call. I would probably avoid the Hotel if you work remotely and rely on good internet.

The beds are super hard and uncomfortable, which is such a let down. The property is in a good location. The staff are very nice and it is super clean. Great shower and water pressure. The very hard bed made it an uncomfortable and restless sleep over two nights.

Good location Clean premises and spacious rooms. All amenities working well. Two thumbs up for the team!! Real value for money stay!

Location was great. Near to eating and shopping. Room was clean but lobby area looks dated and somewhat run down.

The aircon was warm even after repeated repairs.i had problem sleeping at nite cause was getting warm.the birds at my window was very noisy in morning and late at nite and must worry when walking oit of the hotel cause a lot of missles failing

It is located in the centre of the city, lots of restaurant and dessert place around the area.extremly convenient traveling by foot.unfortunately, we found stains on our bed sheet and the washroom has a foul bowel smell. some hairs and dust were evident to the eye across the room but very spacious. no hand soap was provided so we purchased our own.

Good location, staff helpful if not always knowledgeable but room was not very clean. On arriving, the bathroom was filthy & shower wasnt draining. It did get dealt with after complaining. However given our room was "made up" every day, glasses & mugs were never cleaned which made reusing impossible so although free water from dispenser available no clean glasses available to use. Floor also felt dirty, lots of stains on windows. Could be improved. One of kety attractions was the pool but it wasnt heated so werent able to get much use.
