They have a big focus on cleanliness which is great, but the absolute lack of amenities were ridiculous. No free water bottles. No free parking. The room was tiny for a Signature Room. I understand they get away with this stuff because they are located in downtown but still not sufficient for a basic hotel. I got a discounted price because of Expedia so I got saved a little bit, but I would never pay full price for this room.

Staff are wonderful. Room was nice. The “sofa” in the room was a piece of wood with cushions on it, not what I expected. The room was great size. Location is ideal for my girls trip.

The location is good , it’s at millennial park area , same time walkable going to river north area , which is my favorite area in Chicago . The room is clean , lobby is clean and the breakfast buffet I say is pretty good . My room have a lake view , which is nice waking up seeing the view

It was everything that you can imagine. Best stay I ever had. Best room with the best view you could ever see. Clean room, nice view, and nice staff service. Will stay here again for another trip!

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Every person we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the beds and linens were very comfortable. Location was great, super close to the park and within walking distance of many attractions!
