Staff was amazing

The hotel's artistic design is so beautiful. Dee was so professional and nice. She greeted my mother and I everyday with a great spirit.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Every detail reflected excellent care and attention. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.

Dee and Kiera (I hope I spelled her name correctly) were fantastic!!! They were both extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay as usual!!!!! The Staff, Rooms, and Property, were all very professional and friendly!!!!!!

We were treated poorly by the staff during check-in and at the coffee counter. The credit we had on our account was not applied. We received a parking violation from the parking lot for late registration even though we verified parking with the hotel and were not told anything about timing. Homeless people were sleeping on the lobby couches, causing both sanitary and safety concerns. The lighting in the rooms is horrible, and the bedding could be updated (i.e., mattresses & pillows). Shower pressure was a plus, and the hotel location was decent for walking around and to the French Quarter.

Everything was great and pleasant environments

Room was very clean the tub was able to fit a 6-ft person. Just wish they would have informed us where to park ahead of time and how much it would cost.

Was looking forward to this stay, but it was disappointing. The parking situation isn't clear. We parked in the lot across the street, scanned the QR code and paid. When we checked in the front desk said that we shouldn't have done that and the process isn't clear. So we overpaid for parking. The lobby is beautiful and the place has cool vibes. Unfortunately, the room next to us began blasting music at 10pm. This continued until after midnight, was accompanied by the loud and graphic sounds of a couple engaged in intimate acts and eventually devolved into loud arguing. We called the front desk multiple times. Either the requests to keep it down were ignored or the front desk never said anything. I'm just glad my kid slept through it. The next morning an alarm in the same room went off at 5am. No one seemed to be in because it kept beeping 10 minutes. Then it went off again at 6am. Then 7am. I guess the hotel walls are thin, so no one got any sleep. We had an ADA bathroom. I understand why these showers are made the way they are, but the drainage or shower divider needs to be looked at because after one shower the entire bathroom floor became a lake. We were walking on towels just to brush our teeth. When we needed to check out early, the front desk said they put a note on the account so we could reach out to Hotels.com for a partial refund. Upon reaching out, Hotels.com has said they are unable to obtain approval from the hotel.

The room itself lacked basic comforts like a lamp or a coffee maker. There was no window in the room, and it had a musty smell with glitter stuck to the floor. With as many nice hotels in the area, I wouldn’t recommend this one and won’t be staying there again.
