Magandang This one is difficult to rate. The staff were very good, location was perfect, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good. So those are the good points.
But the place is just badly designed to an annoying degree. First, the bathroom was clean, but had a bad smell, presumably from the pipes. So if I left the door closed, when I went in, it would be horrible, if I left it open, the whole room would smell bad, but not AS bad.
There's a light sensor to automatically turn on the hallway light, but if you move your legs while in bed, it often triggers, woke me up several times with the light suddenly coming on.
There's no chairs in the rooms, so if you need to sit and work, it's terrible.
The elevators have separate call buttons for the left and right one, so you have to try to guess the one that is going to be quicker, or be annoying and press both buttons, slowing things down for everyone.
So it's not a bad hotel, it's just annoying and not ideal when there are better alternatives nearby (that were booked out on the days of my trip sadly).

Kamangha-mangha The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and nearby public transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Location is the best right in middle of Insadong. Small room a bit tight for two people. The shower gets the floor all wet in Korean style bathroom. There’s little space by the sink for your toiletries. We had to use the closet outside by the mirror

Je ne recommande pas et ni j’y retournerai. Froid!
J’ai du insister pour changer de chambre, la première chambre se situait au 1er étage=rez-de-chaussée, au fond du couloir, complètement isolée, donnant directement sur la rue arrière.
À 148 euros la nuit, ça fait cher le paysage.
De très mauvaise volonté, froid, le monsieur de l’accueil ne comprenait pas pourquoi. Je ne suis pas blanche de peau, je n’ai pas ressenti de la sympathie de sa part. Je me suis sentie reléguée à la plus mauvaise place. Au bout d’une demi-heure, il a accepté ma supplication en ayant la même vue mais 5 étages au-dessus.
Si je n’avais pas payé aussi cher ( fois 3) je serai partie. Ne pas se sentir bien, pour quelque chose qu’on a payé aussi cher, c’est tres frustrant. La gentillesse est la première chose à offrir.
Je ne suis pas difficile, je veux juste être respectée et ça je ne l’ai pas ressenti. Surtout que je l’ai vu très sourire avec d’autres clientes .

This place was nice for two people. The room was a little small but the view was amazing! The only complaint I would have was the shower. It’s tiny and the only thing blocking the shower from the sink and toilet was a plastic curtain so the whole bathroom would get wet easily. But I would stay again due to the area and the kind staff.
