Al menos desde mi experiencia no fue muy buena pues todavía estoy esperando que hagan una llamada para saber cómo sigue la hija de mi esposo que se hizo una herida en la piscina y nunca han llamado para saber nada ni siquiera fueron al lugar para ver dónde había sido algo inegligente del personal.Con respecto a la piscina con sólo que llueva cerca del lugar es suficiente para que t saquen d ella. Yo había seleccionado una habitación con vista a la piscina al menos así lo muestran cuando seleccionas la habitación y nunca fue la que me dieron y no fue a mí a la única persona que le sucedió esto.Deberian tener en cuenta que sus clientes se sientan felices y seguros en el lugar.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our family, making it an excellent choice for large families. The location was another highlight for us. There is a water park very close by, and the Disney parks are within easy reach, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to any family visiting the area.
