Solo stay

My stay in the Meridien was for three nights Very spacious room, with excellent room service. Small bathroom but more than sufficient supply of towels and amenities. A nice outdoor pool on the third floor. Because of the ongoing situation in the Gulf area the bars and lounges were unfortunately closed. The buffet breakfast was included, and it was excellent, once again with very good and friendly staff. I especially appreciated the early check-in and -in my case- very late check-out allowed by the very courteous and helpful reception staff. The easy access to the City Center Mall and the Doha Metro is very useful. With a very reasonable room charge I certainly recommend the Doha City Center Meridien very highly.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. An issue with the room (bad smelll from a bathroom drain), was quickly sorted with a change to the room. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and the accommodation was clean and spacious and well appointed. I would suggest that it could be better with the provision of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. The hotel is in a great location, close the the mall and metro station and really easy to navigate the city. Taxis are really cheap so we used these as well as the metro. Great stay and will happily return next time!!
