Its a self checkn in and check out. As a foreigner you must enter all party members and take pics of each passport yourself with a tablet at the counter. No staff member unless you are really confused.

Good location near a train station and close walking distance to the town center. The sauna experience is excellent, and then main reason to stay at this hotel. Otherwise the service is very light and it would be nice to have more amenities like an iron and coffee and tea

The place is excellent comfortable beds, blankets and pillows., very clean.,but they didn’t provide toiletries.. they have kettle in the room but didn’t provide coffee or tea in the room. I still recommend this hotel.

This was the worse hotel I have visited. No front desk, no staff, no laundry, no coffee, no water, no garbage pickup, no sheet change, no pool, no restaurant. Absolutely nothing. Not even a single staff to ask a question. We couldn’t find anyone. Check in was automated but no one to hold luggage etc.
