Thailand is a very safe place but the hotel room door should have just been made of cardboard, zero noise reduction from the road in front , hidden fees and deposits. You get what you pay for...

We deserved what we paid for. We booked this cheap hotel room to spend 4-5h to freshen up before our 3am flight. The room does have all the basic amenities. However, the area surrounding the room, including within and outside the property, were dirty and smelly. Choose a different area if you must book a room near the airport.

Granted, it is a bargain room so I wasn’t thinking it was going to be the Ritz. Front desk was top notch and helpful. Room was pretty much 4 cement walls and a bathroom. Needed something close to the airport with shuttle. Tons of street noise. Didn’t expect the airport transfer to be a charge item.

You definitely get what you pay for. $20 rooms with $20 cleanliness...the only good thing is the staff was excellent, nice nice people but the condition of the rooms are dirty

This hotel was so bad. The door to the room didn't lack. We had to leave and find another hotel. The manager of the hotel was very rude and not helpful.
