The staff was great!

Amazing rooftop bar and pool which have a great view of the sunset. Hotel staff were more helpful than other places we’ve stayed. Really great experience would absolutely come back

We had a nice very stay, the room was very comfortable and met all our needs very nicely. The hotel was very modern and very clean with all needed amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location of the hotel was good to see many parts of Barcelona but to far of a distance to walk to most of the “must see” and historic sites. Cabs and Uber are very plentiful however, and good city transportation to use. I am disappointed in the ability to use the hotel facilities, however, especially both outdoor pools located on two different floor and the pool amenities. Whenever we tried to go use either pool during the weekend days and early evenings, The Hotel was sponsoring and attracting large numbers of local young residents for social gatherings and parties leaving little or no space to relax and enjoy the use of the pool or outdoor bars, etc. and eat at the rooftop grill. If you are under 35 and single or looking to ‘socialize ” then this is the property for you! The hotel is a local social hub! If you are looking for a relaxing hotel swim sitting in the sun after touring the city, then I recommend a different property. If you are looking to walk to top tourist sites or top restaurants I recommend a hotel closer to the historic Gothic Quarter or center of Barcelona. Not many choices to eat near the hotel other than a few street level quick cafes.

Very clean, big, cool setting

Bel hôtel, propre et moderne, offrant plusieurs commodités intéressantes. Le personnel est respectueux, accueillant et serviable. Très agréable séjour.

The Social Hub has excellent location and comprehensive amenities. I loved its cafe and rooftop restaurant + bar. The staff onsite were also very helpful and friendly, their English is fluent.

Bit of confusion on room bookings on Expedia vs on the ground but reception couldn't of done enough to sort it out and upgrade out room. Flawless facilities, great pool area, would only wish there was more of a pool bar food menu!

Breakfast was poor. Everything else was really nice! Good sized + clean rooms.
