The hotel is located in a nice safe area. About 3 blocks from one of the nicest shopping mall. Lots of food options nearby. Grocery stores are also nearby. The rooms are a good size for couples, are clean and quiet. The pool is small but it is a nice well kept area. Nice gym as well.

Staff members extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rooom service was excellent and meals were delicious and hot! The property is very well maintained and clean. The spa service must be wonderful because they were booked and busy my entire stay so I can’t rate the experience; however they offered a variety of options that is sure to please even the pickiest! I would definitely recommend the hotel as they’re centrally located and have amazing restaurants nearby. By the way the breakfast buffet is well staffed with a excellent variety of menu items that will satisfy most palates without difficulty.

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Punta Pacifica from the time we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from Josias. You can tell that he loved his job and he executed it well. Josias answered any questions that we had. The cleanliness was rated on the top priority of this hotel, we were very impressed by how clean it was for our entire stay. Our room was exactly as was advertised, it was very impressive, every single detail was executed. Special thanks to the house keeping department who kept our room clean and made it looked like our first night every single time! Let's talk about how pleasant the staff were at breakfast especially the ones greeting you each morning with cheerful and jovial energy. We loved how the breakfast menu was rotated and each day we were granted with a few new options. We were also impressed with the swift service and tasty food at the Fontanella Restaurant.
