The entire property was consistently clean, neat, and well maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was especially impressive, with the public restrooms nearby kept spotless and well cared for. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they were always quick to respond to any requests or questions. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly values guest satisfaction and provides outstanding hospitality.

When I booked the accommodation, it said I was booking a suite. When I arrived, it was just a standard room. We waited until about 5 o’clock to check in. The room was clean, the staff was great, beach view was lovely, the food was good. I just was not impressed with the room because it was not the room that I booked in Hotels.com. Not the room in the picture. For this reason, I do not think I would stay there again or use Hotels.com.I don’t think this is the fault of playa Las Arcos. I believe it is Hotels.com.

The customer service was excellent unfortunately the room was in a really bad condition, old and with bad condition
