The staff is exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns, which greatly enhances the overall guest experience. However, it’s worth noting that the rooms are not particularly well insulated. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider staying here, as external noise could potentially disturb your rest.

This is a convenient hotel for central Madrid. I appreciated the noon check out time and breakfast daily until 11 am. It is a very short walk to the Metro station. I would stay here again.

Nice clean room. Staff were helpful. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance as is Legazpi metro station which is 100 meters away. In view of all of that the hotel was quiet…
