Property is located in Tulum, downtown, accessible to transportation, restaurants and stores. Room is clean, but no amenities such as microwave and portable fridge. The staff are welcoming and nice.

Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool.
