I've returned from my 10-day trip to Xinjiang. I booked my own flights but had no idea about the itinerary, so I contacted Klook. They responded very quickly. After the customer service representative asked about my general requirements, they helped me create an itinerary. I was satisfied with the accommodations they arranged. Before departure, the concierge arranged for our driver, Master Liu. Master Liu took great care of us throughout the trip, helping us with any needs we had. He also paid attention to the surroundings while driving, and whenever he saw a beautiful view, he would let us stop to take photos. The concierge also reminded us each night about the next day's itinerary and what to pay attention to. They also monitored local weather and traffic conditions. When bad weather was anticipated, they discussed it with us in advance and suggested changes to the itinerary, ultimately helping us avoid heavy snow and road closures on the Duku Highway. 👍🏻

Our 8-day, 7-night trip to Xinjiang with my mom has successfully concluded, and it was filled with pure joy from start to finish. I must express my sincere gratitude! 🫶 First, I highly recommend our incredibly reliable tour leader. The journey through Xinjiang is long, and Brother Wang drove steadily and planned everything perfectly! He knows all the unique photo spots, and patiently helped each of us take pictures and videos 📹! He balanced the itinerary and rest times, and was incredibly attentive throughout the trip! 💖 He alleviated all the travel fatigue; having him there made the entire journey worry-free and relaxing. I also want to extend a huge thank you to the other four companions! 🫰🫰 We had never met before but clicked instantly. We shared snacks and helped each other along the way! We took photos together, chatted, laughed, and were understanding of one another. We explored grasslands and lakes, and savored Xinjiang cuisine together. This unfamiliar journey became exceptionally lively and warm because of everyone!!! This limited time in beautiful Xinjiang is incredibly precious!! May we all have smooth sailing in everything we do! And I hope we can embark on another adventure together someday! 💖💕

Ang biyahe namin sa Northern Xinjiang ay talagang napakasaya at nakakarelax. Kailangan kong purihin nang husto si Master Ma Xiaole at ang aming travel butler na si Xiao Fu. Pareho silang napaka-reliable at maalalahanin! Sa buong biyahe, talagang inalagaan kami ni Master Xiaole nang walang kapantay. Siya ay kusang tumutulong sa amin sa pagbubuhat ng aming mga bagahe sa pagpasok at paglabas ng sasakyan, at napaka-aktibo niya anuman ang dami ng aming gamit. Napakabait niya. Sa bawat hotel na aming pinupuntahan, sinisigurado niyang suriin ang mga kagamitan sa aming silid upang makita kung may problema, at kapag nakumpirma niyang maayos ang lahat, saka lang niya kami pinapayagang manatili. Kailangan ko ring purihin ang aming travel butler na si Xiao Fu, talagang napaka-detalyado at maalalahanin niya! Sa buong biyahe, patuloy siyang nagpapadala sa amin ng iba't ibang praktikal na travel tips, at palagi siyang nag-aalala para sa amin. Paalalahanan din niya kami nang maaga tungkol sa pagbabago ng temperatura sa lugar upang makapaghanda kami ng aming mga damit. Napaka-maalalahanin niya. Kapag nagkaroon kami ng problema sa aming tirahan sa biyahe, napakabilis ng reaksyon ni Xiao Fu. Agad siyang tumulong sa amin na makipag-ugnayan sa lokal na tirahan, at matiyaga siyang nakipag-ugnayan at umunawa sa sitwasyon para sa amin. Ang paghawak niya sa problema ay napapanahon at maayos, at iniisip niya kami sa buong proseso! Napakaswerte namin na nakilala namin si Master Xiaole at ang maalalahaning butler na si Xiao Fu sa biyaheng ito. Ang biyaheng ito ay napaka-relaxing at napakasaya! Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

I highly recommend this private tour, in 9 days we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. Truly grateful also to the most accomodating and patient driver, Mr.Lee, despite the language barrier we felt very taken care of by him.

Our driver, Yang Wei, was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly and super good!!! He helped us carry all sorts of luggage, drove very steadily without any discomfort along the way, took us to clean restrooms, and on top of the itinerary, he told us where the scenery was less crowded and more beautiful. He took very nice photos for us and, knowing we were from Guangdong, quietly adjusted the playlist to be more youthful and Cantonese. On the last day, he even remembered our coffee preferences and bought us coffee (touched TUT) and drinks! He took care of us along the way in a subtle and thoughtful manner. We are truly very, very grateful! The overall itinerary was well-arranged, and all the items mentioned in the order were fulfilled. There was a mistake with the accommodation one night by the local travel agency, but they provided compensation. We hope that future communication can be more careful.
