Napakasaya namin kasama ang aming driver na si Sam na maasikaso at nagbahagi ng maraming impormasyon tungkol sa Lombok. Ang snorkeling spot sa Gili Nanggu ay kahanga-hanga – maraming isda at malinaw ang tubig. Ang aming snorkeling guide na si Jul ay matiyaga at tumulong sa pag-aayos ng aming gamit, sumisid nang mas malalim patungo sa coral upang makita ang nagtatagong clownfish, at nagpahinga kapag kailangan namin. Walang mga pagong sa lugar na ito ngunit ito ay isang magandang alternatibo sa mas mataong snorkeling spot sa tatlong mas sikat na Gilis. Huminto kami sa isang maliit na lokal na beach sa Lombok na may tanawin ng Gili Sudak para sa isang masarap na tanghalian sa isang grilled seafood stand (tandaan na hindi kami aktwal na huminto sa Gili Sudak), at pagkatapos ang aming huling hinto sa Gili Kedis ay ang pinakacute na maliit na emoji island. Nagkaroon kami ng nakakarelaks na hapon na nakahiga sa mga sun chair habang umiinom ng buko. Malaking pasasalamat din sa aming kapitan ng bangka na si Argus na mainit at palangiti at ligtas kaming naihatid sa aming mga destinasyon. Salamat sa aming kahanga-hangang team!

Pak Tamrin was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and is more than happy to share activities with us. Initially we picked this waterfall but he called us to informed that the place we recided is about 3-4 hours from the waterfall we picked. He told us that he would be more than happy to drive us up there but in the end we changed our mind and picked the Benang Kelambu and Stokel waterfall which is just 1-2 hours away. He was more than happy either way. He also do have other products and that you might also want to book with him. The first time I met him, the way he speak and share his experiences, I knew he’s doing it because he loves doing what he does. He is truly more than happy to accommodate to our request. Honestly, when I’m back here in Lombok, I will contact him and engage him again. From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate his service.

謝謝我們的Guide Moon和他的團隊一路上carry我哋，幫助我哋輕身上陣，為我哋準備美食補充體力，係我哋用餐時為我哋守候免受猴子干擾，係我哋跌倒果陣伸手扶起我哋。Moon和他的團隊令到呢個艱難的兩日一夜登頂之旅變得冇咁艱難，冇咗佢哋一定唔得！臨走時老闆還送了我們兩件他們公司的T-shirt作為souvenir，上面有Rijana route map，太酷了！. 差點唔記得講，出發行山前一日入住團隊安排的住宿後還免費提供了行附近兩大出名瀑布的小行程，非常謝謝小領隊yusril的帶領，都好細心和幫忙影到不少靚相！

Our driver Alex was great! We went to the weaving village which was a nice addition but it was a little expensive when purchasing from there! The journey to the harbour was smooth but don’t expect much there, it was very dirty and small. We met our guide for the boat trip but unfortunately they didn’t speak much English. We were taken to two snorkeling spots which were amazing and our guide swam with us and made sure we were safe. We then were taken to pink beach 1 which was super busy and quaint. the food was good from the small local shop but again was quite dirty. there was a lot of litter in the water, the guide suggested taking us to pink beach 2 as it was more clean and we really appreciated the change in itinerary to show us the more clean and beautiful beach. We then stopped at a sand bank which was nice and there was loads of marine life to look at. We then returned to the port where Alex our driver took us back to our accommodation. Overall it was a nice experience and trip!

Your guide has been terribly late for one and half hour and did not show up. We are extremely angry and upset about your service. We request for the cancellation ,money refund and compensation for ruining our vacation.
該訂單原定當日8:00接送，開始行程，但導遊始終都沒出現，也沒有任何通知。我們在飯店大廳等候約1.5小時，浪費時間與破壞度假行程。
身為專業旅遊平台，竟有如此不負責任的當地合作旅行社，太誇張！
