到了接待處，確認預訂資訊後，工作人員會給船票，收好之後就按照工作人員指示到外面跟司機核對預訂姓名後就可以上車了，接到所有客人後司機會講解當日的時程安排，並會時不時做介紹，沿途會在幾個地方下車讓大家拍拍照，也會在蒂阿瑙停留一些時間讓大家上廁所／吃東西／休息，到了坐船處，把船票給工作人員後就可以上船了，船長也會沿途做介紹，船上也有免費的咖啡、熱茶和熱水可以自行取用，若想買點其他熱食或熱飲，船上也可以買，米佛峽灣下雨的時間還蠻多的，再加上行經幾個大瀑布時，船會行駛的離瀑布很近，若在甲板很容易會濺到身上，建議攜帶雨衣或穿著防風防水外套，峽灣地貌是在很多地方看不到的,沿途的風景也很美，非常值得來，真心建議到南島旅遊的人都可以來看看。

My partner and I took the Coach-Cruise-Fly package and we are so grateful we have made the right decision. Very experienced coach guide told us a lot about places we passed by and animals we encountered. Cruise boat driver steering very close to shore to help us spot penguins and seals, and let us have some fun bathing under the waterfall. The flight back was very exciting as we were only meters above the peaks below. Milford Sound on sea and in air are completely different experiences. Highly recommend this tour.

紐西蘭人真是太友善了，司機非常客氣盡責，開車安全、介紹詳盡，大巴也很新，大景觀車窗，坐起來很舒適。米佛峽灣也很美，值得推薦。
