I joined the English tour. Because I wasn't good at English, I told the guide, "I want to confirm important information directly, such as the reassembly time and place after the tour." Then, they gave me the guide's contact information via a chat app (WhatsApp) and told me to contact them anytime if I had any problems. Also, they explained the reassembly time and place slowly and repeatedly during the general explanation, so even I could understand it, but after everyone dispersed, they checked my understanding every time. The explanations during the city walk can be heard through a transceiver, so it's not a problem even if you walk behind. However, the English was difficult for me, so I didn't understand much. Since we broke up after touring the city's symbols with the guide, there was plenty of free time. I'm glad I joined this tour!

Super receommended this Bruges and Ghent Day Tour! Me and my wiife had a great time seeing the amazing places of Bruges and Ghent enjoy in one full-packed tour. Juliana, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Aside from her very entertaining and educcational talks, appreciate her sharing of the best restaurants and little secrets of each place we visited. Very enjoyable! Don't miss this one when you're in Brussels!

I liked the tour very much. The tour guide Ian guided us very well from the start. He took us to all the important places. Overall, it was fun and highly recommend this tour.

The bus was very comfortable, even though we didn’t book for guided tour, in the bus we had a guy commenting a little bit of the history of Bruges, they give you total freedom to go explore yourself and plenty of time to visit.

beautiful experience right from boarding the bus to drop in Paris. Our English guide Steve was amazing guide. His send of humour was as good as his knowledge about the history of the place. I am so glad that I booked this trip to Bruge. The place is stunning. It's very hard to leave out any place from taking pictures. Fries, Chocolate and waffles were something to remember for the rest of my life.

The local tour guide Matteo was very knowledgeable about not just the Bruges and Ghent but also the country of Belgium. He was very engaging when we are on the road, sharing with us many interesting facts about the history and culture of Belgium. Matteo was speaking at a comfortable pace all the time, and made sure everybody in the group was taken care of. The itinerary did not feel rushed at all as we had time for self-guided exploration at both Bruges and Ghent.

Enjoyed the trip to Bruges from Brussels, the guide was very knowledgeable and the ride was about 1 hour and 45 mins via bus. remember to bring a thicker jacket if you’re travelling in October as it’s really cold! Bruges is a very pretty city and I highly recommend it
