We had an incredible time on the Ras Mohamed and White Island snorkeling boat trip! The day was packed with things to see and do, and the boat rides between spots made it even more enjoyable. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was safe and having a great time. The snorkeling was unforgettable, with vibrant reefs and beautiful marine life. It’s a trip we’d definitely book again if we come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh! 🐠🏝️🛥️

I recently went on an island tour in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we set foot on the boat, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of adventure. The islands we visited were absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches that seemed straight out of a postcard. Snorkeling among the colorful coral reefs and marine life was a highlight for me – I was amazed by the beauty and diversity of the underwater world.

Firstly, the transportation arrangements are utterly disorganized. No one will contact you in advance through any channel. Maybe they're happiest when you don't show up after paying. You have to find your own way on WhatsApp, where they'll appear at dawn the day before departure. Different people call with different pickup times, from 8:30 to 8:25 to 8:19. They impose their schedule on you, relentlessly hounding you while you patiently wait for foreign nationals. Secondly, there are arbitrary fees. Klook clearly states that life jackets are included, yet once onboard, prices are casually set, specifically targeting Chinese customers. Thirdly, relentless sales pitches. It's a common problem among Egyptians, perhaps extreme poverty pushes them to seize every opportunity to make (or scam) money,纠缠you to sell paid photos, even at the expense of your snorkeling time! The photos taken are of such low quality they wouldn't be appreciated even in China's third-tier towns? Fourthly, one-second snorkeling. It's laughable! The promised 45-minute snorkeling session includes a large portion dedicated to diving instruction and sales pitches. No life jackets provided, anchored further away from the coral than every other boat. Thirty minutes of swimming and ten minutes of actual snorkeling, always waiting for amateur instructors dragging a single swimming ring. With only two life rings for dozens of people, ten people crowd around one ring, seeing nothing but stinky feet and being kicked by stinky feet. The only positive aspect is the extra charge for the Muhammed's Point ticket. The second snorkeling session was even worse, just a brief glimpse of the edge of the coral and then back to the boat. Fifthly, extremely poor safety and hygiene. They oversell without calculating daily capacity. For lunch, they wipe used plates with paper and serve them to you. The bathroom has feces and water flowing, the toilet doesn't flush. During the swim to White Island, no one cares about your safety or wellbeing.
