The Bay Cafe proudly presents a luxurious seafood-themed buffet dinner, showcasing over thirty-five exquisite seafood dishes, offering seafood lovers an unparalleled culinary experience! The Japanese sashimi section will be fully upgraded, offering unlimited servings of big tuna, medium tuna, tuna, Argentine red shrimp, and sweet shrimp. The chilled seafood section will continue to offer popular seafood items, where guests can enjoy unlimited lobster (available Friday to Sunday), bread crab, king crab legs, blue mussels, and prawns, allowing you to indulge in the ultimate fresh and sweet ocean flavors.
Upon being seated, guests can also enjoy a sumptuous seafood platter served directly at their table by staff. Weekday selections include frozen lobster, frozen three-spot crab, smoked salmon with salmon roe, and drunken snails in Huadiao wine. Weekend and public holiday offerings are upgraded to include frozen emperor crab legs, frozen freshwater prawns, and Peruvian marinated scallops, bringing you an even more luxurious gourmet experience.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, The Bay Cafe presents a series of auspicious New Year dishes, with key recommendations including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, braised abalone with duck webs, braised dried oysters with black moss, jade ring scallops, and Poon Choi. Guests can also enjoy Lo Hei at the table, experiencing a strong festive atmosphere and welcoming the New Year!
