Poor organization of transfer, long wait times. Staff spoke little English. The dedicated bus Wi-Fi was also very poor.
Hindi sulit! Naghintay kami ng mahigit 1 oras at 30 minuto para umalis…. wala silang binigay na mapa, walang instructions, wala talaga… mag-ipon na lang kayo ng pera at mag-UBER, Metro o taxi… lubos na panloloko!

- Para kunin ang iyong bracelet, pumunta sa Capital Bus stop na matatagpuan sa C. de Monte de Piedad, Centro Histórico de la Cdad. de México, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06000 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México.
- Ang oras ng operasyon ng Hop-On Hop-Off Service ay mula 9:15 am hanggang 8:00 pm tuwing 35-45 minuto humigit-kumulang. Makikilahok ka sa Ángel-Polanco Circuit.
- Para sa Night Tour, kailangan mong dumating sa Capital Bus Stop Zócalo din, kahit man lang 10 minuto bago ang oras na naka-book.
