Chef Heeyoung took us on a tour through the local markets (some which we wouldn’t have found) and it was great to have some background and understanding of the culture and history of Busan. On top of that shw gave us some amazing recommendations for great eats such as the stall on the Jagalchi market and milmyeon. It was a delight and would definitely recommend for a deeper cultural understanding.
Chef Heeyoung was a phenomenal guide. So knowledgeable, flexible and charismatic. Would recommend to anyone.

Si Heeyoung ay isang kamangha-mangha, mapagbigay at nagbibigay-kaalamang gabay. Napakasaya na ibahagi ang kanyang kaalaman at pagmamahal sa pagkain at South Korea. Ito ay isang tour na hindi dapat palampasin. Kilalang-kilala ni Chef Heeyoung ang Busan at ang mga lokal na pamilihan. Partikular kong nagustuhan ang paliwanag tungkol sa mga seasonal na pagkain, mga tips kung paano lutuin ang iba't ibang uri ng isda at seafood at mga dagdag na rekomendasyon kung saan maghapunan pagkatapos ng tour.
