Boby, our driver, and Widi, our tour guide, were very attentive, kind, and professional throughout the whole experience. We learned a lot about Bali, its culture, and its people, and we really loved it. The sunrise from Mount Batur was absolutely amazing. It is true that the climb is quite difficult and going down can be a little dangerous, so you have to be very conscious and pay close attention to where you step. They provide you with walking sticks, and at the top they also prepare breakfast while you enjoy the views and take photos in a great spot. The coffee plantation was also really nice, and we definitely recommend the experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The waterfall was amazing. We avoided the typical waterfall where people wait for hours just to take a picture and instead went to a more authentic one, where local people actually go to swim. It was beautiful, quite tall, and the water wasn’t even that cold!

Honestly this was one of the most tiring experiences of my life, as we came unprepared and already tired from our previous days of activities. Yet with our wonderful 21 year old guide Tut and his younger brother guiding us enthusiastically, even singing songs on the way up to motivate us, we pushed on to the summit without fail. Then at last, one of the most beautiful sights to behold, the sunrise after an exhausting climb, set against the beautiful scenery of Mt Agung. Truly such a glorious morning, even accompanied with assorted breakfast options and delicious hot drinks prepared by our guide. The trip down was no less exciting, as we opted to take motorbikes down the undulating terrain of the mountainside. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and you surely will too. A million thanks to our 50 star guide Tut! Thank you bro. tl;dr - An experience like no other, 10/10

It was such a nice experience. My guide Wayan kertayasa is very good photographer. He is very nice and super kind. He took a lot of photos and video for me and instruct me some posing. I was such a great experience. highly recommended and 10/10, WILL GO BACK!!

I did the Mount Batur sunrise trek today and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver, Leo, was punctual and very professional. He made the early morning pickup smooth and comfortable. On the way, he shared so much about Balinese culture, traditions, and local life—it really added a special touch to the journey and helped me appreciate the experience even more. Our trekking guide, Betut, was absolutely amazing! Super fun, energetic, and so friendly—he kept the whole group in high spirits the entire time. He was also incredibly attentive, especially during the descent when the terrain got very slippery. He made sure we were safe, guiding us carefully and helping at every tricky spot. The views from the top were breathtaking, and the whole experience was made even better thanks to this wonderful team. Highly recommend this trek—and if you can, ask for Leo and Betut!

Napakahusay ng karanasan namin sa pagsali sa Mount Batur Hiking Tour! Naging maayos ang lahat mula simula hanggang sa huli, at gusto naming pasalamatan sina Leo (ang aming driver) at Katut (ang aming guide sa bundok) sa paggawa ng trip na napakaespesyal. Si Leo ay sobrang palakaibigan at may kaalaman—hindi lamang niya ginawa nang perpekto ang pagkuha at paghatid, ngunit nag-abala rin siyang ipakita sa amin ang mga dagdag na atraksyon tulad ng coffee farm at isang magandang lokal na restaurant sa Bali. Nagbahagi siya ng maraming kawili-wiling impormasyon tungkol sa Bali (alam mo ba na ang lahat ng produkto at gulay na itinatanim dito ay ganap na organiko?)—ginawa nitong parang mini cultural tour ang biyahe! Ang aming guide na si Katut ay parehong kamangha-mangha. Sa panahon ng hike, nagkuwento siya tungkol sa bundok, sinigurado niyang okay ang lahat, at kumuha pa siya ng ilang napakagandang litrato para sa amin sa tuktok. Ang tanawin mula sa Mt. Batur ay talagang nakamamangha. Napakaswerte namin dahil perpekto ang panahon. Lubos na inirerekomenda ang tour na ito sa sinumang bumibisita sa Bali! 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though we couldn’t catch the sunrise due to the weather, the Mount Batur trek was an unforgettable experience! Our guide Katut made the whole morning super fun — full of energy, stories, and laughs that kept us going even through the clouds. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. A big shoutout also to our driver Leo, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the trip — from the early morning pickup to making sure we were well taken care of afterward. Would definitely recommend this experience — and if you can, ask for Katut and Leo — they’ll make your trek one to remember!

Driver Leo was very punctual, and our hiking guide David was professional and friendly. From the base of the mountain to the summit, David chose an easier route for the climb up and a different route for the descent, so we got to experience both trails. Our English isn’t very good, but he was patient and easy to communicate with throughout the hike. Unfortunately, the sunrise was hidden behind thick clouds, but once the clouds cleared, the views from the summit were absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. Both the driver and guide were excellent. It was a perfect day and a wonderful experience. 🙌

Our driver picked us up right outside our hotel and safely transported us to the hiking start point. Our guide was very patient as we were pulling along two children who weren't feeling the best, but with Katut's support we made it to the top before sunrise. breakfast was adequate and hot coffee well appreciated 👍

司機Ronny準時AM 2:00到villa接我們前往Batur火山，大約AM3:00抵達登山口。登山嚮導Sugiartha是21歲的年輕人，人很客氣很好相處，對登山路線很熟悉，拍照技術一流，大約AM5:20登頂等待日出，AM6:10日出景色非常漂亮，大約AM7:00返程下山，AM9:00跟司機Ronny會合後，再去泡火山溫泉，AM10:00全部行程結束。整個行程體驗非常棒，很推薦。

非常推薦！！包車司機與嚮導都非常用心，司機服務很好，也非常準時接送，路程還會準備瓶裝水❤️凌晨抵達後會轉由嚮導帶領入山，中間也會不時詢問是否需要休息，最終也順利看到日出，真的非常幸運！上山後嚮導的拍照技術100分，也很幽默風趣，減少爬山過程的勞累感，真的非常開心有這次的經驗！上下車的接送地點可以不一樣，非常方便也剛好可以點到點移動！大大推薦❤️
