Luke Nguyen Tasting Menu Experience sa Botanic House

Had a great experience! the food was really really good and we finished the meal really satisfied. wasn't sure how a tasting menu would go down but it was great! Mocktails are unique and taste amazing as well.

The dining experience is very good. Food and wines are perfect.

Our mains was served 30-40mins after the appetizers. We followed up twice. Shortly after dessert and coffe was served, we were told that we need to leave in 5 minutes. Told them that they served the mains late, and it was not our fault that we haven't finished the last course yet. Waiter told us it wasn't true - and that he served us food. And we were like, nope. Asked him if he wants to check the timestamp on the photos of the food we took and to ask the kitchen as well. He told us that he didn't know, and we still need to leave after 5mins. So much for customer service. Didn't even apologize. Insisted that he was right and didn't even acknowledge our complaint. See photos for timestamps.

food was great, very flavourful and elevated while staying true to its Vietnamese origin. beautiful restaurant

Thou it was raining that day, the experience was beautiful. The food were excellent, my husband and I enjoyed it so much.

The dishes are amazing. we really enjoy the flavors. Only one thing that may hold my father back that chicken is a little bit overcooked. but overall, it is a great deal of meal.

The food was nice, but I had problems redeeming. Had to contact Klook immediately, as the staff did not seem to know that the restaurant could be booked via Klook.
