Unfortunately when I went to collect the sand cookie boxes, the staff attitude was subpar. I was also given boxes that were expiring in one week so I had to scramble to give them out quickly or consume them once I flew home. I would have rated this a one star, but I am giving it three stars because at least after feedbacking to Klook's helpdesk, I was given a favourable compensation.
