We had a great experience at Racks Tiendesitas overall! The staff wasn’t initially familiar with the Klook voucher menus, but they were still very accommodating and were able to scan and honor our vouchers without any issues. The food was great, especially the ribs—they were noticeably better than before! The serving was big and more than enough for two people if you’re not big eaters. We also ended up taking home quite a bit of food. The only downside was the waiting time. It took around 45 minutes for our food to be served, so hopefully this can be improved. Despite the wait, everyone enjoyed the meal, and we were happy with the portions and overall experience. Would definitely consider coming back!

Matagal bago na-verify ang aming voucher sa SM North branch.. mukhang hindi sila aware sa promo na inaalok sa Klook.. pero sulit naman ang pagkain, maganda para sa 2 tao kung ikaw ay isang "small-eater".
they even served water with ice for my dog even if we didnt ask for it.

Ang mga staff ay napaka-atento at matulungin, ang oras ng paghihintay ay ayos lang at napakasarap ng pagkain! Ang ribs ay napakalambot kapag kinain at natutunaw lang sa bibig, dagdag puntos pa sa kanilang sarsa na napakasarap!
Magandang deal, gayunpaman ang mga item na nakuha ko ay mag-e-expire sa loob ng 3 buwan. Sinubukan kong ipagpalit ito ngunit lahat ng produkto (batch) na available noon ay may parehong petsa ng pag-expire. Gayunpaman, magandang deal pa rin.
