Very professional. Clear communication and patience even though I speak English (They use the apps called Papago and recommend you guys use this app when travel in Korea). my first time getting this treatment and I absolutely loved. they showed me my scalp before and after so I can see the results for myself and were also very accommodating to me as a tourist. the whole experience was very comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone, especially those visiting Korea from out of country.

My daughter and I had a service here and it was great! Ji Hye was amazing at communication and even came out to get us when we got lost. We went to the wrong area and she was so accommodating and let us still come for the appointment. I would recommend this place!
