Good to know
- Please note that this activity is only available in English and Japanese.
- If participants wish to ride the snowmobile in pairs, only males aged 20 or older are allowed to drive. Two females or a mixed-gender pair cannot drive the snowmobile alone.
- Passengers aged 2-17 cannot ride the motorcycle alone and must ride with a male aged 20 or older. When booking, please select the option for 2 people sharing 1 snowmobile and fill in the age of the minor passenger in the remarks column.
- After arriving at the facility, you may have to wait before the experience depending on the reservation situation on the day. During this time, you can take pictures of the snow scenery.
- The tour may be suspended on the day of departure due to weather, snow conditions, or snow removal.
- People with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate in this activity.
- Participation in this tour is prohibited for those who have undergone hernia, lumbar spine, or spinal surgery, or whose condition may be aggravated by vibration. Those with sequelae of injuries, fractures, or dislocations of limbs such as fingers, arms, and legs are also not allowed to participate. In addition, those under the influence of anesthetics or alcohol may not participate (if an alcohol odor is detected upon arrival, an alcohol test will be performed).
