• Pay attention to your health when traveling. Do not eat raw food, raw seafood, peeled fruits, patronize roadside stalls without licenses, or overeat. Drink plenty of boiled water, eat more vegetables and fruits, smoke less, and drink less alcohol. When you first arrive on the plateau, do not take a bath within 2 days. After 2 days, it depends on your physical condition to avoid colds that may cause or aggravate altitude sickness, which will affect the entire trip.
• The travel agency provides basic travel accident insurance as a gift, rather than purchasing it on behalf of the guests. If tourists believe that the amount of insurance cannot meet their needs, they can purchase high-amount insurance by themselves.
• There are many things you cannot understand or tolerate in bustling cities during a trip to Western Sichuan: in terms of hardware, there are problems with water, electricity, and transportation. Sudden water and power outages often occur, and temporary traffic controls often catch us off guard. Please be mentally prepared.
• If some scenic spots encounter unexpected accidents, such as rest, closure for maintenance, etc., or unexpected situations occur, the team leader will provide a travel change plan and try to ensure the smooth progress of the trip. The change plan will be voted on by all members, with the minority obeying the majority. Adjust the tour time or return the relevant ticket fees according to the actual situation, and the expenses exceeding due to the change shall be borne by the tourist.
• Our company is not responsible for any delays or other expenses caused by force majeure factors (weather, delays, etc.). Such expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves. If the railway bureau temporarily cancels the train service, all compensation shall be implemented in accordance with the railway bureau's compensation system, which has nothing to do with our company.
• This trip will be on the plateau for the entire journey. The journey is long, the road conditions are complicated, and the vehicle is likely to break down. If the vehicle breaks down, please be patient and wait, or work together to solve it. The normal solution process is: if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the trip, we will call local vehicles for the subsequent trip, and the expenses will be paid by the company. Please cooperate with the team members. For team members who refuse to replace the vehicle, it will be deemed that the team member voluntarily abandons the trip, and we will refund the accommodation and tickets that have not been incurred, and the contract will be terminated.
• Please keep your valuables with you at all times during the tour, and fasten the anti-theft lock of the hotel and close the doors and windows when you rest at night.
