Ano ang aasahan
Umupo sa tabi ng ring habang ang mga mambubuno ng sumo ay tumatapak, nag-aaway, at naglalaban ilang metro lamang ang layo, pagkatapos ay pumasok mismo sa ring.
Ang palabas ay nagsisimula tulad ng isang tunay na paligsahan. Hinahampas ng mga mambubuno ang sahig sa mga malalakas na yapak na shiko at naghahagis ng asin upang linisin ang ring, mga ritwal na nakaugat sa tradisyon ng Shinto. Ipinapaliwanag ng iyong MC na nagsasalita ng Ingles ang bawat galaw habang nangyayari ito, kaya walang kailangang kaalaman sa sumo.
Susunod ang mga buong-lakas na labanan sa pagitan ng mga dating propesyonal na mambubuno. Alamin kung paano sila nagsasanay, bakit sila kumakain ng chanko stew, at bakit ang sumo ay walang mga klase ng timbang, na nangangahulugang ang isang maliit na mambubuno ay maaaring humarap sa isang higante na doble ang laki niya.

Absolutely amazing experience! I attended the Kyoto Live Sumo Show today, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The experience started with a very interesting and easy to understand educational lecture about sumo, its history, traditions, rules, and what happens inside the ring. It made the live demonstration that followed much more meaningful and exciting. The demonstration was incredible. The whole show was well-organized, entertaining, and informative. You get to learn about Japanese culture while also enjoying an exciting live experience. The performers were engaging and made everyone feel great!
Went to a show today at 12. It was absolutely fantastic the sumos Taka and Mori were an absolute blast! Khan was a wonderful host and we learnt so much! our children all had a wrestle with the sumos and it was elite! Highly recommend!
We absolutely enjoyed this experience from the beginning until the end! the staff made us feel very welcome and were alll so full of energy and laughs. the Sumo wrestlers Mori and Taka were such a fun sport and my kids even got an opportunity to be in a fun fight with the sumo wrestlers ! A big shout out to all the staff for doing such a great job and giving us an amazing experience we will never forget !
Hosted by Nikko who was very informative and funny. The two Sumo wrestlers, AO and Kou were entertaining and so much fun! The kids even got to dress as Sumo wrestlers and go against them. Highly rate this experience!
Nikki the MC did a fantastic job at making the entire experience feel authentic!! I loved cheering on for my sumo wrestler Kou! It was fun, and I loved learning about what sumo wrestling actually is!!

We had a great time watching wrestlers Lee and Ao! The host JJ was incredible, explaining the entire process from start to finish. We really enjoyed the experience and all the staff were so helpful and involved. Would highly recommend!
Group of 5 incl. 1 contestant. We all had an entertaining, enjoyable and informative 1.5 hrs with Khan and the amazing Lee & Khou sumo wrestlers (both professionals). Recommend attending, reasonable price!
Great show with amazing enthusiasm from Nikko!!! He was very informative and passionate throughout. We were able to watch leigh and cole who showed differing sumo techniques and winning moves, as well as a numerous matches. BIG THANKYOU!
