- If you are traveling as a single adult, please be sure to purchase one “Single Room Supplement”; a single room will be arranged for you if you are traveling alone; if three adults are traveling, purchase an additional “Single Room Supplement”, and two rooms will be arranged for you. - There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach the monkeys at close range, and do not touch the wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury.
- Please do not climb around in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, the free environmental protection vehicles in the scenic area provide services between attractions. It is not a special car for a group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Please be sure to gather at the location designated by the tour guide. Do not get lost, and do not lose your belongings on the environmental protection car; there are many tourists in the peak season, and queuing often occurs, so follow the tour guide closely and do not leave the team without authorization.
- There are many people in Tianmen Mountain during the peak season, and queuing may occur when checking tickets to enter the park and transferring. Please wait patiently. The tour guide will arrange to enter the park as soon as possible. Since Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID cards, and students over 18 years old must bring their student IDs. If you cannot pick up tickets to enter the park due to incomplete documents, guests will need to repurchase them at the listed price.
- When the Glass Plank Road is closed for various reasons, the scenic spot will not provide any compensation, and no forced passage is allowed! The Glass Plank Road is located on the cliff and has a dangerous terrain. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, drunkenness and other physical conditions that are not suitable for sightseeing, please do not challenge it.
- When climbing, please "watch the scenery without walking, and walk without watching the scenery" and pay attention to safety. Please try to wear mountaineering shoes and bring rain gear. Please do not walk around during the ride. I wish you a wonderful trip and add color to your life.
