todo el paseo, los guías súper preparados, amenos, cuidadosos y atentos en todo momento Elena y Jose Luis 1000 de 10 recomendados … en si todo el paseo excelente … solo el autobús no sé si por que éramos muchas personas, o el día estuvo caliente, pero el clima no se dio a basto, la verdad si estuvimos algo incomodos pues apenas se sentía el aire acondicionado

Lubos akong nasiyahan sa biyaheng ito. Ang aming tour guide na si Martin ay napaka-maalalahanin sa pangangailangan ng bawat isa at nagbigay ng detalyadong paliwanag. Ang Toledo at Segovia ay talagang napakaganda, at kailangan ninyong maranasan ang pagbisita sa mga lumang lungsod na ito.

타이트한 일정에 마드리드 주변 옛고도 도시들을 비용과 시간적인 측면에서 효과적으로 투어할 수 있었어요. 다만 현지 가이드의 매우 학구적이고 수준높은 수준의 해설을 감안한다면, 투어참가전에 전반적인 스페인 역사와 톨레도 및 세비야 등의 역사에 대해서 어느정도 이해도가 있다면 더 좋은 시간이 될수 있을 것 같습니다.

took this tour because we wanted to have nice pace exploring both cities outside Madrid in a day. Toledo was a surprise its definitely beautiful and the Mirrador del Valle was amazing. What the tour lacked though was a proper tour guide for the English group in Toledo. we were left with Natalie or Natasha who honestly was so unprepared she basically navigated us through the city and left us inside the cathedral. we didn’t learn a thing or two, at all. Come segovia it was raining hard and Vanessa who was our main guide she was definitely better than the other guide. the bus was nice the driver was great. just had some issues on the aircon because they turned it off and it was too warm at some point. This tour wasn’t so bad, if ur only there for the transport i suppose this is the best way to go hassle free.

However, the actual experience operated at full coach capacity, which I found misleading and inconsistent with the expectations created by the listing. Despite raising this concern through a formal complaint, Klook declined to acknowledge the misleading nature of the advertisement.
