Melbourne Puffing Billy at Sassafras Half-Day Tour

Max, our guide, is a multi-faceted, multi-talented, and a multi-lingual tourist guide. We arrived just in a knick of time and he was kind enough to guide us throughout the trip. More so, he also helped us in achieving our photo goals as a group. We highly recommend this activity in Melbourne.

這個行程非常適合沒有規劃去看企鵝歸巢的人，雖然是韓文團，但是導遊熱心的用英文解說細節，順利搭到小火車，又可以早點回到市區，整趟行程非常完美。

여행 2주 정도 전에 기차표만 예매하려고 했는데 예약할 수 있는 가장 빠른 날짜가 한 달 뒤여서 투어를 이용하게 되었습니다. 투어는 기차표만 사는 것보다 비싸서 과연 이 돈을 내고 갈 가치가 있을지 고민 많이 했는데 생각보다 좋았습니다. 가격에 대해서는 여전히 비싸다는 생각을 지울 수는 없지만 투어 자체는 정말 만족했습니다.

Dahil sa mabait na Koreanong tour guide, nagkaroon ako ng masayang oras. Sa tingin ko dapat akong bumisita ng mga kalahating beses.

The tour operator Oznara changed time to 2 hours later but email informing me went to spam. So i was not aware, my family & i went there early & thought we were cheated. When i went to their office they said no refund. So we had to go on the tour. Fully guided in korean language which is totally foreign to us, although we thought we have signed up for an English tour. After the tour, the driver is supposed to drop us at pre agreed stop but he was very reluctant & asked us to get down somewhere nearby, very un-professional. I will ask my friends to be very careful when booking with klook as some tours are in foreign languages & not specified properly. Overall, experience is really so-so..

The entire tour was conducted in Korean. The Puffing Billy Railway was a fantastic experience, but you need to arrive early to get a good seat.It appears that a visit to Listerfield Park, which is listed in the tour itinerary, is not included.
