Great island experience, but transport logistics need improvement. While island operations were punctual and well-organized, the transport was frustrating. After waiting at the requested 7am pickup spot, we were blamed by manager Millie for not being at another location, implying our Klook booking was the issue. Other operators are far more proactive. We had to pay for a taxi. Our return was also poorly managed, requiring a 45-minute wait on the bus for other ships to arrive & we were not told in advance. The cruise can be nauseating & boring while transporting others through different islands with limited open air area. However, the island day itself was lovely. The reef education and snorkeling help from Pat were amazing, though the amount of dead coral was sobering; I hope the company prioritizes conservation. I also noted a crack in the semi-submersible’s back window. I recommend the operator improve pickup communication to avoid ruining the guest experience before it even begins.

it was a good value. 1) cruiser with air conditioned cabin;glass bottom boat under the water observation; buffet lunch; dance show; beach chairs under a parasol with ocean views 2) cruise to see other islands.

Was a good day trip definitley worth going. The trip was well organised, pick up and drop off at hotel was convenient.
