Napakagandang serbisyo sa pagdating sa Guangzhou! Hawak ng staff ang aking name board, tinulungan ako sa lahat ng aking bagahe (carry-on at checked), tinulungan ako sa customs clearance, at pagkatapos ay ginabayan ako sa parking lot. Napakadali at walang abala, sulit ang bawat sentimo!

The greeter welcome us at the cabin exit. Luggage&immigration card assistant, fast track, escort us to the car. Everything's good！ I'm sure will book the service next time to China.

The service was extremely thoughtful. A guide waited for me right at the exit with my name sign in advance, helping me get through all procedures quickly. They had a great attitude and communication was effortless. The driver was pre-coordinated, so I didn’t take any extra steps and was smoothly escorted to the vehicle.

There is no fast track at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. We had to queue like any other passengers. Highly disappointing service.
