Cancellation policy

• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Contact Klook customer service for any refunds or changes needed
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
