Good to know
- Horseback riding tours are conducted only in good weather. In the event of rain or inclement weather, the tour will be canceled, and you may choose an alternative tour or a full refund. You will be notified by email.
- A Chinese-speaking guide will assist with translations of the horseback riding instruction video and adjustments when mounting the horse. During the experience, the ranch staff will provide guidance in English. If you require a guide to accompany you throughout the entire tour, please select the guided horseback riding option.
- The grassland landscape varies depending on the season. It appears black after the March burning, sprouts in April, becomes lush green from May onwards, and transforms into golden grasslands and snowscapes in autumn and winter.
- Tours require a minimum of two people and only accommodate one group of travelers. If a single person registers, they will need to pay for two people.
- Pre-departure information will be sent via email two days before departure.
- Weight restriction for horseback riding experience: 89 kg or less.
