Fes Al Attarine Madrasa at Chouara Tanneries Half-Day Guided Tour

guide: Our guided tour in Fes was absolutely amazing! Abdoul was the perfect guide – knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city’s history and culture. He brought the Medina to life with his stories, guided us effortlessly through the labyrinth of narrow streets, and made sure we didn’t miss any of the hidden gems. We visited the famous tanneries, beautiful madrasas, bustling souks, and so many secret corners that we would have never discovered on our own. Abdoul was patient, answered all our questions, and tailored the experience to our interests, which made it feel very personal and special. Beyond the historical sites, he gave us a real insight into the daily life of Fes and its traditions. It truly felt like walking the city with a friend who knows every corner.

We had a great experience with our Fes tour guide, Abdoul. His English was very good and easy to understand, and he was extremely kind and attentive, especially in assisting my mom who has mobility issues. He made sure she was comfortable throughout the tour. It was also nice meeting people from different countries during the trip. Overall, the tour was well organized and absolutely worth the value for money. Highly recommended.

Great tour. Guide excellent - very friendly and informative. Tailored our private tour (of 4) to our needs and expectations. We were able to skip queues for entrance tickets as well. We would definitely recommend this tour. For us arranging in advance for our first morning worked well. Afterwards we could make our own way more easily around this bustling city - which is an experience in itself.

Very nice visit with Ahmed who showed us alleys in the souks unknown to tourists - we could see artisans working Ahmed is very friendly and took care of our group (9 people on a private tour) He picked us up from our Riad and took us back to our Riad.
