A fun and informative day on Team Nancy. Nancy was very passionate and kind with nothing too much trouble (photos, recommendations to best use our time) making the day very enjoyable. Wow! If I had to summarize everything about this trip in one word. Our tour guide, Judy, was amazing. she's very knowledgeable and tells stories in ways that are engaging. It’s a very interesting and eye-opening tour, for sure. Just be prepared because it is physical at most stops. I highly recommend.

Had the most amazing DMZ and Mt. Galvan suspension bridge tour with Emily. One of our best experiences in South Korea! Fantastic and Superb tour of the DMZ, Third Tunnel and observatory by this company. Highly recommend it. We were guided by the awesome Emily Lee - gracious host that kept us informed, full of history and facts, and the tour rolling right in schedule. She is a great tour guide, and very knowledgeable! Excellent driver service on a nice bus and a great driver as well. Highly recommend their services id you are interested in touring the DMZ. 10/10!!!

We can't praise today's DMZ Tour (8. 11. 2025) enough! Both Emily and the bus driver were very nice, helpful and considerate. The itinerary is excellently prepared both in terms of time and organization. No downtime or long waits, everything went smoothly and we have the best experiences! Emily is a great guide! Nancy was supposed to be my tour guide but was replaced by Emily due to her not feeling well. It must be fate coz Emily is excellent. Under Seoul's sweltering summer heat, the DMZ tour was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Emily, from VIP Travel is exceptional. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge stood out. She responded to even the most sensitive questions with grace and respect. But, it was her ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm despite the intense heat and humidity that is remarkable. It is an experience of a lifetime, and am truly grateful to Emily, VIP Travel, and my fellow travellers for making it memorable.

Team Nancy for life. We had a great time, highly recommend this tour. Nancy was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole trip memorable. Trek up to the red suspension bridge was a challenge but doable. The walk to and out of the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel was quite challenging. Will sleep well tonight.
